We acknowledge that this trail is located on the traditional territories of Newe Sogobia (Eastern Shoshone), Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute), and Timpanogos tribes.
Accessible across all seasons, this loop gives dramatic views of Tibble Fork reservoir, various valleys in the Lone Peak Wilderness, and Mount Timpanogos.
The trail does have some steep moments but the flat valleys are a welcome break. In the winter, we recommend wearing spikes and potentially packing snow shoes to avoid post-holing. Check conditions ahead of time for avalanche danger and snow levels.
Trail is open year round! Keep an eye out for muddy spring and snowy winter conditions before you go.
